FAQ

• Is there food available?

Yes.  There will be a food vendor at the front of the building.

• How handicap-friendly is the venue?

The Exhibition Hall has no stairs or curb at the front of the building.  The entire event is on the main floor, the aisles are 10 feet wide, and the restrooms are accessible as well.

• Can I bring my pet?

While we love our pets, please leave them at home.

• Should I bring my kids?

Absolutely bring your kids!  Kids under 10 are free.

• Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is free for both days, and there is plenty of it.

• Can I get a refund if I purchase the wrong day?

There are no refunds for purchased tickets, however you can exchange one day’s tickets for the other on the Eventbrite site.

• I got scammed!  What do I do?

We only honor valid tickets bought on our Eventbrite site. If you bought tickets from an unauthorized source - especially Facebook - please report the scammer, but unfortunately, we do not accept any tickets bought from them.

• My friend has an early bird ticket but I don't.  Can I enter when they do?

Only those with a valid early bird ticket can enter at 12.  All others must wait until 1 pm.

• Is there alcohol?

There is no alcohol at this event.

• If I leave, can I come back in?

Sure!  You’ll get your hand stamped as you enter.  If you have to leave, show us the stamp when you re-enter.

• Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, absolutely.  Though there will be a food vendor on the premises, they will not be able to accommodate everyone’s requests.  Plus vendors may not be able to leave their booths for extended periods or at all.  If preordering is available, the organizers will give instructions.
